This Privacy Policy explains how "Brijesh Sorathiya" ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application: GPS Map Location Camera, available on the Apple App Store.

 

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.

 

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any terms of this policy, please do not use the Application.

 

 

1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS (AND HOW WE PROCESS IT)

GPS Map Location Camera is a utility application designed to help you capture photos and videos embedded with GPS telemetry data (such as latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, heading, and address details) and custom maps.

 

A. Local Processing (On-Device Data)

- Photos & Videos: All photos and videos captured or imported using the App are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload your media to our servers. Your content remains stored in your device's local memory or your iOS Photo Library.

- Telemetry Data: GPS coordinates and map graphics are overlaid onto your media locally. We do not store or transmit logs of the locations you visit.

 

B. Device Permissions Requested

To provide the core features of the Application, we request access to the following device features. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time via your iOS Device Settings:

- Camera (NSCameraUsageDescription): Used to capture photos and videos with GPS location stamps.

- Location (NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription & NSLocationAlwaysAndWhenInUseUsageDescription): Used to obtain real-time GPS telemetry (latitude, longitude, altitude, heading, speed) and map details to stamp onto your media.

- Photo Library (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription & NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription): Used to save your exported geotagged photos and videos directly to your device's gallery, and to let you import existing images for geotagging.

- Microphone (NSMicrophoneUsageDescription): Used to record audio when capturing videos.

- User Tracking (NSUserTrackingUsageDescription): Used to request your permission to track your activity across apps and websites for personalized advertising purposes, in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

 

 

2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, SERVICES AND SDKS

We integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) and tools to support advertising, app performance measurement, and push notifications. These third-party services collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

 

A. Advertising

- Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads): We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. If you consent to tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, Google AdMob may use device identifiers (such as the IDFA) to serve personalized ads. If you deny consent, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.

B. Attribution & Analytics

- Firebase (by Google): We use Firebase Core and Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our App and to monitor stability (crash logs). Firebase may collect information such as your IP address, device model, operating system, and basic usage statistics.

- Facebook SDK: We use the Facebook SDK to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users find our App.

- AppsFlyer: We use AppsFlyer for marketing attribution and deep-linking services. This helps us measure which marketing campaigns brought you to the App Store to download our Application.

C. Notifications & Remote Config

- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to deliver push notifications and updates to your device. The App registers a device token with Firebase to enable message routing.

- Firebase Remote Config: Used to deliver remote configuration changes to the App (such as turning ad displays on/off or adjusting UI configurations) without requiring an App Store update.

 

 

3. DATA RETENTION

Because the Application does not maintain user account profiles or centralized database servers for media storage:

- We do not store your geotagged photos or videos.

- Any analytic data collected by third-party SDKs (AdMob, Firebase, Facebook, AppsFlyer) is retained according to the retention policies of those respective third parties.

 

 

4. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

We prioritize the security of any data processed on-device. Since your media files never leave your device (unless you choose to share them yourself), the security of your photos and videos is subject to the security measures of your iOS device and your iCloud backup settings. We recommend keeping your iOS operating system updated and securing your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

 

 

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Application is not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

 

 

6. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR, CCPA, AND STATE PRIVACY LAWS)

Depending on your geographical location (such as the European Economic Area or California), you may have rights under local regulations regarding your data. Since we do not store personal details or media on our servers, these rights will primarily apply to data collected by third-party advertising and analytics partners. You can manage your preferences through:

- Denying or revoking the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

- Resetting your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) in iOS settings.

- Managing your location settings under Privacy & Security > Location Services.

 

 

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the Application or updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

PART II: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to GPS Map Location Camera, a mobile application owned and operated by "Brijesh Sorathiya" ("we", "us", or "our").

 

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the Application.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY & USER AGREEMENT

By using this Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

 

2. LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on Apple iOS devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

 

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to software code, templates, design layouts, graphics, user interface designs, custom fonts, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or reverse-engineering any part of our Application.

 

3. USER CONTENT & RESPONSIBILITY

The Application allows you to capture photos and videos, overlay them with location stamps, maps, and other telemetry details, and save them to your device gallery or share them.

- Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in all photos, videos, and media you capture using the Application ("User Content").

- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to use the Application to capture, store, or share any media that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, offensive, infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights, or violating anyone's privacy.

- Processing: All media processing occurs locally on your device. We do not host, store, view, or manage your User Content on external servers.

 

4. GO PRO PREMIUM & IN-APP PURCHASES

The Application may offer premium upgrades, features, or subscriptions under the "Go Pro Premium" tier (e.g., ad-free experience, unlimited custom map styles, premium template overlays, and multi-format exporting options).

 

A. Billing & Payments

- All purchases are processed and billed securely via the Apple App Store, using your Apple ID account.

- Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase.

 

B. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

- If a subscription option is chosen, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

 

C. Refunds

- Refund requests for In-App Purchases or subscriptions must be requested directly through Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly. Apple's refund policies will apply.

 

5. LOCATION STAMPS & TELEMETRY DISCLAIMER

The Application uses your device's built-in GPS and sensors (along with third-party mapping APIs) to overlay latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, heading, and address details onto your photos and videos.

- Accuracy: We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any GPS telemetry, maps, weather details, or address data generated by the Application. Environmental conditions, signal quality, and API availability can affect telemetry readings.

- Use at Own Risk: The App is provided for informational and recreational purposes only. You agree that you rely on the telemetry and map overlays at your own risk.

 

6. ADVERTISEMENTS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Application is supported by advertisements (served via Google AdMob, Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer, etc.). You may interact with advertisements and links that redirect you to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

 

 

7. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

You agree not to:

- Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, bypass any premium paywalls, or disable advertising systems.

- Use automated scripts, bots, or software to scrape or modify the Application.

- Use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the App or interfere with other users' experiences.

 

 

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

 

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL "BRIJESH SORATHIYA", ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE APPLICATION.

- ANY ERROR, INACCURACY, OR SIGNAL LOSS IN LOCATION, MAP, OR TELEMETRY STAMPS.

- ANY HARDWARE MALFUNCTION OF YOUR CAMERA OR MICROPHONE OCCURRING DURING APP USE.

- THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APPLICATION.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of "India", without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Application shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of "Surat, Gujarat, India".

 

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice within the App or update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

PART III: END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "End-User" or "you") and "Brijesh Sorathiya" ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our") regarding the licensed mobile application GPS Map Location Camera for Apple iOS devices.

 

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Application.

 

We and you acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between us and you only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, and not Apple, are solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof.

 

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Both parties acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between the Licensor and the End-User only, and not with Apple. The Licensor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the licensed Application and its content. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions shall govern.

 

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

The license granted to you for the Application is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the "Usage Rules"), except that the Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

 

3. USER CONTENT & OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT POLICY (GUIDELINE 1.2)

The Application allows you to capture photos and videos, overlay them with location stamps, maps, and other telemetry details, and save them. You retain ownership of your content.

 

However, we maintain a strict policy against objectionable, abusive, or unlawful content.

- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Application to capture, modify, stamp, or share any media that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, or infringing upon any third-party privacy or intellectual property rights.

- Enforcement: We reserve the right to immediately terminate your license and block your access to the Application, without prior notice, if you violate these content guidelines or behave in an abusive manner. Since media is processed locally, you are solely liable for any legal issues arising from the content you capture and share.

 

4. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

The Licensor is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the licensed Application, as specified in this EULA, or as required under applicable law. Both parties acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.

 

5. WARRANTY

The Licensor is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Licensor's sole responsibility.

 

6. PRODUCT CLAIMS

Both parties acknowledge that the Licensor, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the End-User or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including, but not limited to:

- Product liability claims;

- Any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and

- Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Both parties acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Licensor, and not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

 

8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You represent and warrant that:

- You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and

- You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

 

9. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY

Both parties acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

 

10. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

- The App includes optional upgrades under "Go Pro Premium".

- All payments, renewals, cancellations, and billing are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

- Auto-renewals can be managed and turned off in your iTunes/App Store account settings after purchasing.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, location sensor inaccuracies, data loss, or camera/microphone errors. The App's utility is provided "as is".
